    minors, including medical malpractice at birth (including future medical costs),

  • Evaluated the loss of wages, fringe benefits, incentive compensation, stock options, and mitigation efforts due to wrongful termination of senior executives in the pharmaceutical, mortgage, and banking industries,
  • Evaluated disparate pay claims as a result of Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) compliance audits, for a major international pharmaceutical company,
  • Evaluated economic losses and mitigation efforts in a failure to promote matters,
  • Evaluated economic loss and the value of a mitigating startup business, in wrongful termination matters,
  • Conducted compliance audit of employee classifications and wage dispute in the matter of a construction contractor performing government contracts.

  • Performed business valuation of a holding company and subsidiaries in a wrongful prosecution matter,
